The protection of your personal data is important to us. This policy explains what data we collect, why, how long we keep it and what rights you can exercise. It applies to the site. lasergame-geneve.ch and to all our services, including the game-contest «Wheel of Fortune».

2. Legal framework
We process your data in accordance with the Swiss Federal Data Protection Act (LPD) and in its execution order. When the General European Regulation on Data Protection (GDPR) applies — especially if you live in the European Union — we also respect its requirements.
3. Data we collect
3.1 When you visit the site
Our hosting provider automatically records technical data: IP address, date and time of the request, pages viewed, browser type and operating system. This data is used to ensure the site's functionality and security.
3.2 When you contact us or make a reservation
We collect the information you provide to us: name, first name, email address, telephone number, as well as the details of your request or reservation (date, number of players, type of meal).
3.3 When you participate in the «Wheel of Fortune» game-contest»
We collect:
- Yours Name and first name, Yours, electronic address and Yours phone number ;
- Yours consent to the settlement of the dispute, with its date, time and the version of the text accepted; ;
- Yours Optional consent to receive our commercial offers, with their date and time; ;
- the participation code used, the lot obtained, the coupon issued and its status (valid, used, expired); ;
- the Origin channel of your participation (flyer, social network, reception…) ;
- one irreversible imprint from your IP address and your browser.
Important clarification: Your IP address and the characteristics of your browser are not no kept in clear view as part of the game. Only an irreversible cryptographic footprint is stored, for the sole purpose of detecting multiple participations. This footprint does not allow your IP address to be reconstructed.

Consent to commercial offers is Optional. Refusing it does not prevent you from participating in the game or receiving a prize.
5. Recipients and subcontractors
Your data are neither sold, rented, nor exchanged. They are accessible to the authorized personnel of Laser Game Genève, according to a principle of strict necessity: our reception staff only sees your contact details partially masked ; only the The direction accesses the complete file, and each consultation is recorded.

When data is transferred outside Switzerland and the European Union, this transfer is based on appropriate safeguards, including the standard contractual clauses recognized by the Federal Data Protection and Transparency Officer.

Anonymization permanently removes the data that allows you to be identified. Only anonymous and non-reidentifiable statistics remain.
7. Your rights
You have the following rights at any time:
- Right of access — obtain confirmation that we are processing your data and receive a full copy of it.
- Right to rectification — to correct inaccurate data.
- Right to erasure — request the deletion of your data, subject to our legal retention obligations.
- Right of opposition — you object to a treatment based on our legitimate interest.
- Right to withdraw your consent — at any time, without justification and without consequences on a lot already obtained.
- Right to portability — receive your data in a structured and machine-readable format.
How to exercise them: send your request to booking@lasergame-geneve.ch or by mail to the address listed in Article 1. We may ask you to provide proof of your identity to prevent any disclosure to a third party. We will respond within a reasonable time. 30 days.
To unsubscribe from our commercial communications, the unsubscribe link included at the bottom of each message is sufficient.
8. Security
We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data, including:
- encryption of communications between your browser and our site (HTTPS); ;
- access to the client file restricted by roles, with the contact details masked for reception staff; ;
- nominative logging of any consultation, export or modification; ;
- storage of participation codes in encrypted form, never in clear form; ;
- irrevocable fingerprints for IP addresses and technical identifiers.
No transmission over the internet or any electronic storage is completely invulnerable. In the event of a data security breach posing a high risk to your rights, we will inform you and notify the Federal Officer in accordance with Art. 24 of the PDPA.
9. Cookies and tracers
Our website stores strictly necessary cookies for its operation, which do not require your consent. Audience measurement and advertising cookies are only stored after your consent, expressed via the banner displayed upon your first visit.

Our site also charges Google Fonts character polices since the Google servers. This load transfers your IP address to Google, even in the absence of a cookie.
You can change or withdraw your choice at any time from the cookie management link at the bottom of the page, or by configuring your browser to reject or delete cookies. Refusing measurement and advertising cookies does not prevent the use of the site.
The «Wheel of Fortune» game itself Do not store any cookies and does not call any third-party services: it runs entirely on our own servers.
10. Automated decisions
The allocation of the prize during the competition is the result of an automated random draw. This draw has no legal effect on you or significantly affects you within the meaning of Article 21 of the LPD: it only determines a promotional prize.
We do not create any profiles based on the data from the competition game. : Your name, your email address, your phone number and the lot obtained are not subject to any behavioral analysis and are not transmitted to any advertiser.
However, if you have accepted the measurement and advertising cookies, the Google tools described in Article 9 can constitute aggregated audience statistics and advertising segments. This processing is carried out by Google and you can object to it at any time by withdrawing your consent from the cookie management link.
11. Modifications to this policy
We may adapt this policy to take into account legal developments or changes to our services. The current version is always the one published at this address, with its date of update. In the event of a substantial change, we will notify the individuals concerned by email.
