For Lasergame, the entire group must be present 10 minutes before the session start time.
Any delay by the client with respect to the scheduled time cannot be compensated by extending the duration of the service.
All prices are displayed in Swiss francs; VAT is always included on the website.
Offers for specific events (company outings, privatization, etc.) can be invoiced with prices excluding tax and including tax.
Upon booking confirmation, the rates («birthday packages,» «additional options,» and «extra services Laser Game Geneva») are firm and final.
To make a reservation, the client must fill out the reservation form as worded on www.lasergame-geneve.ch.
For game sessions, a non-refundable deposit of fifty Swiss francs (CHF 50.–) or full payment is required upon booking, via the website www.lasergame-geneve.ch, by phone, or in person at the Laser Game Genève counter.
The remaining balance must be paid on-site, before the end of the birthday party or session, in cash or by credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Postcard).
Your reservation is only confirmed once the form has been duly completed and the deposit or full payment has been made. By confirming, the client acknowledges having read these general terms and conditions (which they have also checked when filling out the form) and agrees to abide by them without reservation.
The customer will receive an SMS confirming the registration of their reservation without undue delay.
Laser Game Geneva reserves the right to use collection services in the event of non-payment.
The client has the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel their reservation within 7 days of receiving confirmation; this right can be exercised through Laser Game Genève's reservation service.

Any modification to the reservation must be requested in writing (email) by the client.lasergamege@gmail.com) no later than 21 days before the reservation date.
All cancellations must be sent by email to Laser Game Genève (lasergamege@gmail.com) no later than 21 days before the reservation date, which constitutes the condition for the refund of the deposit and, if it is impossible to postpone the reservation to a later date; the date of the email will be used for the cancellation.
Cancellation within 21 days results in the automatic forfeiture of the deposit, which will be retained as compensation.
In case of no-show or cancellation less than or equal to 24 hours in advance, except in cases of force majeure (illness, accident, etc. - with supporting documentation), the total amount of the reservation is due by the client to Laser Game Genève.
In the absence of receipt of payment for the reserved services within the deadlines mentioned above, Laser Game Genève reserves the right to consider the customer's reservation as cancelled.
Laser Game Geneva has the right to modify the reservation date.
Laser Game Geneva is not liable in case of loss, theft, or damage to property left in the premises/spaces made available to the client.
Each visitor is responsible for any damage, direct or indirect, that they may cause during their presence in the Laser Game Geneva premises.
The client agrees to comply with the safety instructions given by the staff, displayed within the Laser Game Geneva premises.
Each visitor must comply with the provisions of these regulations.
Laser Game Geneva reserves the right to expel any offender, without recourse or refund of fees paid.
Minors are the responsibility of an adult chaperone, even when accompanied by Laser Game Geneva staff/animators. The chaperone must ensure that the child under their responsibility complies with the provisions of these regulations.
The park is mixed and secular.
All visitors must comply with the following instructions:
Any visitor not respecting these instructions may be temporarily excluded from the establishment after two warnings; in the case of a child, parents will be informed. This also applies in cases of verbal misconduct towards other visitors or staff, physical violence, disrespect of the premises, damage to equipment, etc. Laser Game Geneva reserves the right to charge for repairs in case of damaged equipment.
Participants attest that they have no contraindications for practicing physical and sports activities, activities involving Laser Game equipment, or changes in light intensity and/or color. If this proves to be inaccurate, Laser Game Geneva disclaims all responsibility.
All participants acknowledge that playing games in the Laser Game labyrinth is an activity that presents certain risks and they accept all its conditions. Laser Game Geneva cannot be held responsible for any accident resulting from individual mistakes; in such cases, no legal action may be taken by participants or their beneficiaries.
Unless otherwise indicated by mail or email to Laser Game Geneva, parents agree that Laser Game Geneva may display or distribute photographs or audiovisual materials featuring their child(ren) in its communication materials.
And the legal representatives undertake not to take any further action in the event of the publication of these images or audiovisual documents.
All claims concerning fees, reservations, or service execution must be addressed to Laser Game Genève (26 route de Chêne, 1207 Geneva).
In case of a claim or dispute, the parties will attempt to find an amicable solution before any other action, it being understood that this period for resolution does not interrupt the statute of limitations.
Laser Game Geneva will keep a copy of the booking confirmation and/or any communication with the client as proof of the date, package, and terms of the reservation, in the form of an archive, unless the client objects with due justification.
